I doubt that Froch takes it, he said that he is only interested in another very high payday (meaning Chavez Jr in Vegas or a high profile opponent in Nottingham). Golovkin doesn't bring that much money (he made 1,5 Million in his last fight).

For Golovkin the fight is interesting as he doesn't really need to move up, Froch fights around 175 and Golovkin around 170. He would probably just not boil down the last week or two before the fight takes place. If he does not want to break his routine at all, he can do as always: weigh in at 160 and boil up to 170 for the fight, even in this case he won't have much of a disadvantage on fight night.

It'd fill the 02, won't fill Wembley and Golovkin doesn't talk trash, not deliberately anyway. It OUGHT to fill a stadium but that's not how it works sadly, 02 is a damn fine venue to brawl at anyway.

Froch is more dangerous for Golovkin than Ward in my view. Ward is a bit chinny and relies on his ability to box his opponents, he's not a heavy puncher.

Froch on the other hand can walk throw bombs and throw bombs. If Froch is anywhere near his best on the night, we know he's going to land some heavy shots on Golovkin - be interesting to see if Golovkin can deal with them.

    Couldn't disagree more.

Froch-GGG is close to 50-50, where at this time I'd be willing to give a slight edge to Froch.

I see Ward-GGG as more of a 80-20 type of contest favoring Ward, if not 90-10.
