The OP is a troll. He's a GGG hater and Canelo fan and makes these threads to get people to talk smack about GGG. Not sure why he's not banned.

Oh, there’s a number of people who need to be banned before this bloke. At least he tries to mask his intentions, poorly, not just shoot one-liners of pure hate non-stop while also only posting in threads about Golovkin.

Remember when Bob Arum and ESPN stopped all the negotiating with GGG as he was difficult and they didn’t like his attitude?

Dude started to release all his anger on those who has nothing to do with that 2 robbery

Sanchez got fired, Loeffler is getting less money and he sued his former managers

Don't spit on the same place when later you will lick.In english maybe it doesn't sound the same :) but the idea is that he first talk against Golovkin(with no reason, starting conflict from nothing), and then he's wondering why Golovkin don't want to help with making that guy little more famous.

i would like to know what those comments were. most posters consider anything outside of everyone fellating their favorite fighter, as "negative comments". i want to know what actually happened outside of the fanboys mind.

To be fair to GGG, once you get money like he does, suddenly all your "friends" come in contact with you. Maybe that's why they're not hearing back from him.

    An "Educate y
From how I understand it (I don't follow/care about what they say about each other) Yeleussinov said that Golovkin had become unreachable for his countrymen. In fact, he accused Golovkin of being starstruck. And it seems he said it in a polite manner.

So, judging from Golovkin's reaction, he was at least partially right.

Again Yelleusinov is not a fluffy guy, as well as GGG, there was an interview translated earlier in this thread, but there were couple more interviews where he wasn’t good towards GGG and knowing local specifics I would say that this was more than enough for such decision.

All former Olympic team boxers in Kazakhstan know each other really good and the relations are not always friendly, for example Artayev says only good words about GGG and both were in good relations, moreover rumours are that GGG moves to a higher weight division in Olympics because of Artayev.

The concept behind this thread makes no sense to me.

I've never understood how or why people apply patriotism / nationalism to boxing, given that boxing is an individual sport and professional boxers box / fight for themselves.

This is unlike amateur boxers who, although fighting for themselves, are explicitly advised / informed that they are really represent their nation / national teams by contribute towards a national medal tally etc.

Golovkin owes nothing to any other Kazakh fighter; the nature of professional boxing means that not only can he act completely selfishly and ignore people from the same country he is originally from, but it might be smart to actively encourage that.

Fighters should fight, let the promoter promote as they see fit.

Golovkin should focus solely on himself and his boxing while fighting; however if Golovkin's promoters believes its would be useful for other Kazakh's to be included on cards which GGG is headlining, then that's up to them (as promoters) and how they choose to market their card / fighter to the public.

Re. patriotism in boxing, as an aside, hearing national anthems before title fights on pro cards really aggravates me - its completely irrelevant where the fighters are from and often it only introduces the bias engendering race / nationalism factor into the fight / scoring etc.

The Americans are the worst at it - one fight between I think Marquez and Pac saw the Mexican and Pinoy anthems both played...then the Americans felt left out with no American fighter giving them a reason to play the US anthem, so they played the US anthem...for the referee!
