I think that beside the natural talent and being good at many sports like hockey and tennis, he is not putting more than 70-80% of his power/weight into his punches, which helps him to always be in control of his body.

I don't think 164 is fair, but if Ward can do it then so be it. I don't think he can cut 4 lbs, and they didn't toss out this selective catch weight until he fought at 172. Golovkin's camp does not want Ward.
