Golovkin's Mission Is and Always Has Been To Become Undisputed @ 160 (No Moving Up Until Then)

GGG does not intend to be a p4p fighter. Rest assured he cannot be a no. 1 p4p.

 

Then no one from his camp or fans should be surprised when he receives criticism as he waits for all belts while everyone else around him are doing what it takes to fight real opposition.

 

Making it to undisputed these days a) takes a lot of talent, time, politics and getting the right beltholders around you, or b) being a huge star that provides extremely high paydays to give your belts to him.

It's much harder than in Tyson's era for instance, when a tournament made it happen inside 8½ months time.

And you know what's worse?
If Golovkin abandons his plan and goes after the beltholders at 168, his detractors would ridicule him for not being able to get all the belts, not being able to break Hopkins' record, or even accuse him for ducking BJS, Canelo and whoever else at 160.

 

this has always been his main goal cept when hes chasing big money fights

 

It was fine to his haters when Hopkins did it because Hopkins has the same skin colour as Money Mayweather

 

all things being equal...strip away skin color ....Hopkins is a legend...and golovkin is a bum feasting hype job....that's the difference....

If he moved up to 168 his next fight for good, people on here will say he did it to avoid a prime Canelo.

People with a positive IQ understand what he is doing and why.

 

yes...people with a positive iq realize hes chasing a jr mw who is the clear a-side but wont take 10 mil or even consider a catchweight for the fight.....

In fact Canelo's gotten soooooo heavy he refuses to list his weight on fight night !!!

Maybe it's well past Time to get some medical help.

Who cares.. he's quoted at saying "Anybody from 154-168" and still..NOTHING! He's quoted saying he's not going to fight Brook, said " he's too small", and yet signs and then says Brook "is a big guy". So instead of fighting guys at 154 like he said and fighting the only other guy who's always calling him out which is Lara he chooses to fight a guy at 147.

So now it's apparently anyone from 147-175, and Brook is the only guy from the different weight classes other than 160 that he's actually fought, and I wonder why. He's going to need to step up and keep his word sooner or later... cause I'm tired of hearing the BS already.
