    just on my way up to the highlands . . . I'll keep you guys in the loop about any good things that happen in the build up. Just on the way to hotel now. . . Then press conference at two followed by the weigh in at three. Bit unusual for the weigh in to follow the press conference. . . Anyways we're ready and if you got anything you want to know please ask.

    i've just asked mike. . . He said. He is going to smash his head in because he can because he is an eminem wannabe. . . As you can see he really put a lot of thought into that. Ha ha tomorrow is going to be fun.

    In all seriousness...give me some reasons why I should bet on Mike Gomez. Mike, give me some reasons man. The odds are tasty.

    Who did you guys spar? How did it go? Are you absolutely confident you can do 12 at a high pace if needed?
