How about, say, Whitaker? Would your statement apply to him?

Cotto would definately be easier to hit and dodge than Manny P but he is so much bigger that there's no way Pac would make a tougher fight. Physically Oscar can't walk down Cotto like he can do with Pac.

p4p Pac >> Cotto but at 147? comon now...

This is Pac-DLH. I barely watch a Whitaker fight. After DLH & Hatton, Pac will take PBF. and if he wins, Whitaker will not have in any relevance to Pac.

DLH walks when he fights. Cotto the same. Pac's sprint toward you and sprint out to get away after he loads on you. Pac's way faster than Cotto & dlh.

That sprinting is called leaping or reaching too deep and is how he often finds himself off balance. A counterpuncher with power would make him pay for that as his balance is gone and has kd written all over it.

Have you seen Pac-Diaz?? Pac is much improved fighter now. DLH reflex slows already. Pac will have a field day.

i haven't seen pac off balance since his last 4 or 5 fights. this issue was already corrected.

about the thread, gomez must be on crack or just hyping up the fight if he thinks that cotto is easier. cotto would beat dela hoya convincingly imo.

Yes, I saw Pac-Diaz. Very nice display by Pac. But Hoya is no Diaz, ****, Hatton is no Diaz.

I don't care anymore if this fight happens or not:bart

So I'll go ahead and call it just in case. Hoya ko's Pac, fourth round.

as a pac fan, i have mixed emotion on this fight as well.

one is afraid that if pac got battered by oscar, he would not be the same fighter anymore and any hope of comeback to 135 would just result in defeats. pac surely would not want to go down in a single punch and would try fighting and giving his best in this fight to no avail and here is where he will be damaged permanently.

the other side is a victory over oscar, a very slim chance, would catapult pac to some greatness he would not get even in unifying the 135.

If DLH puts the left hook square on Pac, its lights out. No way does Pac stand up to that punch.
