Gomez is going to give Cotto trouble..

    I have a funny feeling that Alfonso Gomez is going to give Cotto some trouble in their fight. Alot of people and the odds makers say Gomez has ZERO chance in beating Cotto. Gomez isn't the biggest puncher in the world but he's a pretty good boxer and I believe while he was on the contender he was fighting at 154.. And he fought well against Manfredo and Manfredo is now fighting at like 168 now or 160. He's bigger then Cotto and that's the main reason why I think he's gonna give Cotto trouble. And YES i know Manfredo is no Cotto but I'm just using it as an example of the size difference between Cotto and Gomez. I still think Cotto will win but I think he's gonna have alot more trouble then people think. But hey who knows.. I thought Quintana was gonna give him alot of trouble and he didn't so maybe I'm wrong lol.. What do you all think? Oh and Margarito will make Cintron his ***** again I guarentee that! I'd be totally shocked if Cintron actually beat Margarito.. Cintron has shown he has no heart and is mentally weak once he can't hurt his opponent.

    Cotto is no Peter Manfredo. I'd be shocked if this was competive. Gomez is a nice kid but he's nowhere near Cotto's level. I think Cotto will finish him in five.

    I agree with you about Gomez, he has alot of heart, and could take Cotto into deep waters.

    I'd Like To see Both fight's that night be Competetive.
    But I have a Strong feeling we Are going to see 2 Early Knockout's.

    I'll let You decide Which One's.

    Uhh did you read my post? I said that I know Manfredo is no MIgue Cotto.. I was talking strictly about SIZE not skill. :good

    I wouldn't be surprised if Cotto is taking Gomez very lightily, and gets burned a little early on. But Gomez is easy to hit, and Cotto hits hard. If he held his own with Mosely, Gomez is going to be eating the apron by round 7.
    Margarito is going to destroy Cintron. Period.

    even the oddsmakers are giving Gomez about a 10% chance so yea anything's possible

    Can't imagine what he'll look like come April 12th. This fight is a mismatch.

    im sure gomez will give 110 % effort in beating cotto.it want be good enough but im sure he will give and account for himself.

    I give Gomez a shot, no1 gave him a chance to beat Gatti, and I told everyone, he was gonna knock gatti the f out, and he did.
    I give him a shot against Cotto. Cotto can be hurt, and I think Gomez is a little more mentally composed than Zab, so with that being saig I give him a good shot at pulling it off.
