fitzwigger and chimp c are freaking me out, these ****ers are putting thoughts into my head, i just looked at the picture of cotto and gomez, and gomez looks huge, cotto might underestimate him. i have also found out evangelista might not be in the corner, in the press conference when asked about cottos uncle, cotto responded, he hopes he (evangelista) will make it for the fight but he might not because he has commitments with other fighters! ****!
Gomez is a ****in joke. He struggled with old ass Tackie and only has 1 win in 3 fights with Jesse Feliciano. He needs a lucky punch or a Cotto injury to win this fight. Hell, I coud take Evangelista's place on fight night and Cotto would still win.
Settle down people. Cotto isn't just a class above Gomez, he is a few classes above him. He wins this fight with his right arm tied behind his back
Cotto is going to brutalize Gomez. Cotto is physically stronger, despite the height disadvantage. He also knows how to use his physical strength more effectively than Gomez. Gomez can't outbox him and he can't win on the inside. Expect a methodical beatdown for Cotto
I said in a thread last week that Gomez will give Cotto problems because of his size. He's been hit by 154lbers and 160lbers so I think Cotto might have trouble chopping him down.. Plus Gomez is a pretty good boxer even though he's not really a big puncher.
