Looks like the wheels are in motion for a highly anticipated rematch between Gonzalez and Cuadras. After watching it the first time, I thought Gonzalez took the fight 7-5. Then after I rewatched it i had it 7-5 for Cuadras.

Chocalitito face took some damage and was getting beat to the punch late in the fight, and the late surge from Cuadras sealed it for me.

    It's a great rematch!

Think Quadras may be better prepared....He would have learnt a lot after the first fight....50/50 for me looking forward to it...

Hopefully Carlos gets his belt back from that robbery. After beating Roman's face into putty like Fight Club he deserves his chance to right the wrong that HBO did to him.

And I think he beats him this time. Chocalitito really doesn't belong at 115.

Yep, Gonzales doesn't belong there. Size and power difference was too evident the last fight.

No way was the first fight a robbery. It was a close, exciting fight that could have gone either way. I personally had Gonzales edging it, although he ultimately appeared to be the worse for wear of the two fighters. Both guys showed amazing stamina, but Chocolatito clearly wore himself out towards the end. Otherwise, I think the decision would have been wider in his favor.

I am not confident that Gonzales will win the rematch, however. Cuadras is like a fighting machine; boy, can he absorb shots and just keep punching. In the rounds he won in the first fight he was able to outwork the smaller Gonzales. If Gonzales can't improve on his stamina or pace himself better, it could be a long night and another dose of hell in the later rounds for him. I think Roman will win another close decision if I have to call it.

Cuadras is a bad styles matchup for Gonzalez, he better come in better shape next time, because we know Cuadras will be better prepared going into the rematch.

Nope, but he can't drain to 112 anymore either. He is in for a long fight to 49-0 or 50-0. I don't see it happening without taking an L in between.

He's flabby as **** at 115. It's only a matter of time until he loses, these guys at 115 don't play around.

True. I don't think he would have hard time making 112 if he wouldn't blow the **** up between fights.

It was Roman's first fight at 115! Is it possible that his body wasn't fully acclimated to the weight? We will see in the rematch if he gasses or not! I feel a well acclimated Gonzales wins the rematch!

Cuadras, Estrada, and Inoue... no way Roman gets by all three without taking an L.
