He definitely slowed down, but he wasn't gassed.

I thought Cuadras came back and won the second half of the fight, in the rematch if Cuadras starts earlier he can win...............Gonzalez looked really bad by the end of the fight, looked like the loser............hope the rematch happens........

I think Cuadras might be the better fighter, but he gave away too many rounds in the first half.
The rematch will be a good one.

I scored the first match for Cuadras by a point and if it were a 15 rounder no way would Chocolatito have seen the final bell, like I said before the match Cuadras had a terrible style for Roman, and nothing will change for the rematch, Cuadras who figured out he could take Gonzalez' power about midway through will get off to a quicker start in the rematch and stop Roman late this time. The first match was brutal and brilliant, hopefully the rematch will surpass the original both ways.

I think the fight is still a pick em fight but I do lean towards Cuadras winning the fight. I am a Gonzales fan and will still root for him but I noticed somethings in the fight that many here did too. Gonzales's demeanor was very telling and he seems to be running out of steam. This along with his ballooning in weight could mean his heart is waning as it appeared so in parts of the fight. Cuadras looked fresh after the fight and I think he feels he could of poured it on more and he can. When he hurt Gonzales late in the fight he stepped off the gas when I feel he could of pushed it more and maybe got the win. I think Cuadras was able to make better adjustments as the fight went on. Gonzales explosiveness and power seemed to be lacking and he didn't carry his power as well in the latter part of the fight as he has done in the past. I think it took Cuadras late to realize that he could take Gonzales's best shots and not only hit him back but hurt him. Now what we also have to take into account is that this was Gonzales's first fight at this weight and maybe he was not as well prepared as he could of been. He should of taken a couple of tuneups to get adjusted but he didn't because he is a warrior. He could very well come into the second fight better adjusted to the weight and be a much more explosive Gonzales who has adjusted to fighting at a higher weight helping the stamina issues he had in the fight. As a Gonzales fan I sure hope so because if he comes in like he did in the first fight I think Cuadras is going to eat him up.
