If Jhonny wins tonight they might meet. But it would be better for Penalosa to have a final fight defending his title at 118.
I think gaining a tittle at another weight is far more intriguing and if he were to win he would be able to retire a champ at two weight classes. Id say Penalosa should defent his 118 one more time then follow up with a Jhonny rematch for his last bout
penalosa would fight the winner of morel-montiel fight. the wbo already assured that of penalosa but if penalosa want to enter into the hall of fame, he must be a three division champ to make his resume a lot stronger
