Man shut yo ass up and take ya lil ass off this forum:bbb Floyd should fight Pac and Mosley in the future I do agree n thats coming from a Mayweather fan! If he does this then I believe even the haters like bladerunner and the fox will have to give credit where its due! The problem is there will always be someone to discredit his victories against the WW champ in Mosley and the lb4lb champ in pac! I agree with many points on that article but there are also points that I disagree with!
Why stay at 140 with nothing going on? He could never fight Zoo. Hatton said he was not ready. Cotto was green and 140 is not considered a good weight for him. Yea lets wait around for Harris to redeem himself. It was pointless to stay at 140. He beat the best available to him and moved up to fight the champ in Judah but he lost, then fought Baldomir the champion.
Richardson version of the story has stayed consistent, everyone interpretation of what happen in the locker room that day is the only thing that change.
@ the time, the only fight out there was Cotto(who just turned him down 1 year ago, and said they needed at least 18 months, so Cotto still had 6 months left). Not many ppl knew who AM was, and AM had nothing to offer. PW, same story, and PW was very green at the time. Berto was very green, Clottey was just coming off a loss. Mosley had just turned down a fight with him almost a year ago.
He racist too...I never hear him giving any credit to black fighters! He's on some mexican hero ****..I love a ton of mexican fighters and I give em credit...but I don't like em cuz their race, I like em cuz their great fighters with a ton of heart!
Yup..As I remember floyd was calling for the fight with Mosley for the Nov 4th, 2006 fight which he ended up fighting Baldomir...There was FNF on ESPN around august of 2006 and they were quoting floyd as saying he'd beat Mosley ass in November and than beat his boss next may..We all know the rest with the vacation and the toothache!
Don't you think it could've been better had he fought one more name at 147? :think But I think Mayweather let money steal his greatness...you can point the finger at Arum all day. But he broke away from him for the supposed purpose of getting bigger and better fights and yet it hasn't really happened. I honestly don't think it's because he's ducking anyone...but rather that his body is breaking down. It's been through some wear and tear and I'm not sure he can hack it anymore...that's my guess Or he's waiting for Pacman...
