Gahh I was not going to read all of that, but basically it's saying sugar does play a role in a diet. Just like calories and carbs serious athletes will need more of it
i cut out all high carb meals. I have three really large meals just focused on greens such as spinach and meats.
I eat whatever is in the house lol, I just don't eat fast food. I eat a lot of meals throughout the day which is probably why I lose weight from nothing
