Yea I am currently a member of a normal fitness gym doing weight training, but I am thinking of switching to a boxing gym coz I think its a hobby I would enjoy.

The book is just something that I wanna read while on the bus or on the beach and have no access to internet or computer

The best feeling is working all damn day with your bosses pissing you off, maybe your wife/girlfriend bitching about someone nonsense, then getting in the gym and hitting the bag, and sparring. It is a rush of endorphins I have never felt before.

I also ready the Jack Dempsey book, and for punching power I cannot help but agree with a lot of his concepts for the explosion of a punch. That was the only boxing book I ever read, but in my opinion it does teach some good things. I also like how he plans out the day for an amateur boxer/pro with a fulltime job.
