yeah that looks like a great drill but how would i set this up at home? also scrap what kind of drill do you like for lateral movement and head movement?

Relentless. He is using Green, but He is a strong Middle 5ft 9ins. It depends on your hight and fitness, you can try them but i would start out with Blue, the longer the stretch the more the ressistance.
how do you set up those ropes around you? 1 rope under right foot, over left shoulder and vice versa?
They are 41" woody Bands loops. put them over the shoulders then lift the feet and place them in the loop, then push down with the leg.
