There are a lot of good vids makers on youtube. Here are a few links to homepages:

Gorilla Productions: (the best, bar none)

    Reznick:

    Iceveins:

    CMFlow:

    Blue Mercury:

Jermz likes to make up his own raps to videos, he sometimes does stuff from fights, sometimes from boxing games and such:

    Tommy Gunn:

The Great A mostly posts overlooked classic fights, but he's also done some compilations:

The tough thing is that within the last year or so a lot of guys who've been around for a long time and made nice work have either had their youtube accounts closed on them or closed up shop. Guys like Rooster4life, Game@glovesup, Sitiyzal, etc. In some cases their work was saved by others and reposted. Just search Sitiyzal on youtube, for example, and you should still come up with some good videos.

I used to dabble in making videos and highlights myself. Link is in my signature.
