    Looks good, I'll maybe consider taking something extra like this, although I already take L-Carnitine & L-Glutamine as well as a strong multi-vitamin daily.............hmmmmm

    I view it as a more natural source of quality amino's and nutrients you usually get from red meats. With no fat. A booster basically.
