Me and my mate have access to pads and bags and also a 10m running space and a ring. We want to start doing some decent circuits relating to boxing. Any suggestions?:good
Do Tabatas intervals on the punching bag. 20 secs work, 10 sec pause x 8. Punch as hard and fast as you can. You can also example do rounds where you focus more on a punch, more on power, more on speed, etc..
