Well, I fought the other week.

But my opponent changed twice throughout the week and I ended up fighting a real highly regarded fellow instead, from the same club as the boyo I was supposed to fight.

I boxed fairly well but lost the decision, but it was close. I proved I belong up at that level, as some expected me to cop a hiding from the guy. Was a good fight as well.

 

Any thoughts on Dundee stopping Ali vs Holmes?

I'm thinking stoppages generally......

Sometimes you see corners pull their men out a bit quick - the Jennings vs Brook stoppage was soft for me, then you see others saving their man from a bad beating.

I'm sure Richardson wanted to pull Mosley out against Mayweather, if Shane had been stopped before I've little doubt he'd have stepped in.

 

The English commentators did not like Teddy in michaels fight against Botha.

 

Was this the 1 rd beatdown, i watched it this week and was so happy they stopped if after the 1st round.

 

I can't remember the round, but when Mayweather's corner told him to stand his ground against Hatton and match him on the inside, as opposed to using movement.

 

I agree Atlas won him the fight.

Robert Mccracken cracks me up when talking to Froch in the corner. Always has good advice and delivers it well.

 

I don't agree that Britain's trainers are worse and kids aint learning the basics. I have seen some great cornermen and trainers down at local shows.
