I travel a lot for work, so I'm always on the go and eating out. I've got a good workout plan of exercises I can do in my hotel rooms, but now I need some advice on how to eat fit when I'm on the run. Does anyone have some good suggestions?
Avoid alcohol and eating late. Try to stick with salads and protein like chicken or fish. For quick snacks on the go eat a protein bar or grab a ready to drink shake. Drink lots of water too. I travel quite a bit too for work so I know where you are coming from.
Oh an if you are traveling by air, plan ahead with snacks for the plane cause its can be tough to find healthy food options at airports. Pack some fresh fruit to take with you, like an apple or banana.
I'm going to start grabbing snacks (fruit,yogurt, and granola bars) from the lobby every morning to satisfy me between meals. Free and healthy!
