Hi guys, i'm looking to get a few recent domestic fights to watch on dvd, i have the obvious ones already...Gomez v Arthur, Moore v Macklin etc. Can some of you guys recommend any underrated fights for me? Is Gary Sykes v Andy Morris worth a watch? Thanks...
Check this thread, has a 'series' of domestic fights (just scroll down): http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=224822 :good
Sykes-Morris and Sykes-Crolla (not broadcast in full) are both deffo worth watching. Concepcion-Hammond I is a quality scrap as well. Lee Purdy-Denton Vassell another quality fight from this year. Hatton-Thaxton is worth tracking down though that's not 'recent'. Some others: Tony Dodson v Tony Quigley John Watson v Martin Gethin Craig Watson v John O'Donnell Matt Skelton v Martin Rogan John Simpson v Paul Truscott II Martin Lindsay v Paul Appleby Carl Johanneson v Kevin Mitchell
On a more serious note Rhodes vs Moore is worth a look. Khan vs Limmond Dolan vs Norton II was enjoyable for me.
did he fight the 2 of them together ? also worth a look Anthony Small v Thomas Mcdonagh, proper toe to toe action, knockdowns galore, blood, guts, bravery, a modern day Ward v Gatti
Christ that fight was painful. Not least coz I scored it to Mcdonagh and they still gave it to that knob!!!
