Good fighters beaten in mismatches by higher weight class opponents

    I think that was Gomez for Sanchez. Pretty sure Zarate's camp claimed he was quite ill or something.

    Ah... cheers JT.

    This is what the boxrec comment says..."Both fighters were over 124lbs on first attempt at scales. Zarate had to make four trips to make 122lbs"

    He may have been crook but paying to get of the fight seems weird.

    OK thanks for that info, something i didn't know. Maybe it was just the opponent, but Zarate seemed very ordinary and off kilt. Must watch it again. The paying to get out of the fight was their threat to him if he didn't fight i think.

    Oh i also used to be a Cronulla supporter BTW, if that guys who i think it is he got away some incredible passes to the incredibly fast ET for tries.
