    hi folks

Ive always wanted to start boxing since i was 16/17(now 22) but always been kinda apprehensive/wasnt sure were to go!

But after much deliberation andlistening to the rocky 4 soundtrack :D i really want to give it a go.

Can anyone give me name/contacts of a good boxing gym in glasgow?
Ive been on scottish boxing website which gave me list of names but thought id come ask for some advice/opinions.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!! :thumbsup

There's a good one in renfrewshire called renfrew abc, think it's in paisley so not that far out.
there's also one in bellahouston with a few good boys.
    Clydeview Abc is in Yorkhill.

Where abouts in glasgow are you? There's some good boxing clubs in North Lanarkshire.

The griphouse gym at the opposite end of great western rd from you is meant to be quite good, google it for class times etc.

I'm from around there too but living in Edinburgh the now. You could try Clydeview or Argo ABC Drumchapel. I've also been to one in Clydebank called Osprey, google it for the website. The training was hard.

If you're willing to travel there's some top ones in North Lanarkshire - Forgewood, Newarthill.
