Beat me to it CB,I had Nunn and Curry and I thought Breland would go a lot further. For me,Ricky Hatton was very limited but for a short time,he was the biggest and most sought after name.I'd put Tarver in there too.
    Terry Norris?

  5. i dont think vargas even reached his prime. trinidad nipped it in the bud.

I hated Vargas when he was active, but now I feel sorry for him.He was game as a lion and matched very hard when you look at hot prospects nowadays.

  7. for sure. and he was so young. i think he was 22 when he faced trinidad. he had all the tools to beat him but he lacked the experience. that fight ruined him. it ruined his brain.

Yeah, when you hear him now it's sad.Sounds like he might be heading the same way as Meldrick.
When you compare him to some belt holders nowadays his resume and level of opposition at a young age would put them to shame.Really surprised the Duvas never made a better job of milking him.

According to most posters on Here. A fighters Prime can normally last somewhere between 5 months to about 5 seconds

When you think about it tito was responsible for a lot of failed careers, he not only beat you he ruined you.
Hopkins is like this as well.

It's a convenient method of discrediting other people's resume.
