Can you guys give me some good group exercises for conditioning and technique? Our boxing club is about to get many new members, but we have very little equipment such as sand bags.

    Thanks a lot.

take mitts and 2 partners, they have to shadow box with gloves whole round while you are interupting them with mitts so they have to defend. there is many variations, you can also tell one partner to throw combination (while other is shadow boxing) and immediately punch that other partner to catch him unprepaired. you can do feints and other stuff. every round is another on mitts.

take a medicine ball (or sand bag) with up to 4 people in group and throw only 1-2 with skipping in medium speed and keep passing the ball while you are throwing hands, its good for shoulder endurance.

take two rusty mitts (which are already unusable or something with shape which will change directions when threw on the floor) and 2 partners. throw mitt on the floor while one has to collect it fast as possible and bring it to you (like a dog:)), then repeat with second mitt and second partner. good for gluteus, speed, explosion, eye coordination etc...

here is one for whole group :) up to 30 people. get in circle, sit on the floor. take a medicine ball and throw it to person infront of you (or somebody who is in radius more then 5 people on both your sides). ball must touch floor once (it needs to bounce) and then land to person who you were passing to. for correct pass, do only 10 pushups, if you fail, whole group does f.e. 10 pushups, 10 burpees, 10 squats and 10 abs something..

this is what i can tell you now, sorry for my bad english :) try this and tell me how it went ;)
