At first he was, but he did not do that throughout the fight. Later on he came forward cautiously.

To be honest i know how they are supposed to score amateur fights, but i think ive seen so many strange decisions so many times now that i dont bother assessing who won anymore.....it was a close fight, and like i said there were no losers in that fight. There is an old saying....you may lose the fight (on the scorecards)....but dont lose the lesson you learned from it no matter what! have fun because you will live to fight another day...your day in the sun will come soon enough :bbb:good

I will mate. Duran isn't bad to watch either, I just opposed the Frazier suggestion because I hate his style :D

My favorite fighter to study at the moment is McCallum and I think it shows in subtle details (the way I hold my hands for example, palms outwards). Not that I actively try to copy him that's just the way the human mind works. I'm also nowhere near his level before someone accuses me of comparing myself to McCallum ;)

Duran can do anything brillaint to watch especially his in fighting against leonard 1

whats wrong with Smokin' Joe he is the best example of a swarmer (at HW) ever IMO

havent saw alot of McCalum if im honest but i actually hold my palms outward any way to catch and defelct punches

mike mcallum > RDJ so chance of comparison there

    Yep, he's very skilled.

Nothing for him but it does not suit me. I don't like just swarming.

It can be influenced by many, but in my case it's a McCallum thing.

Duh, I was speaking style wise. It's visible to me what things I copied (or attempted to) from certain fighters.

I haven't got any kind of knowledge on how to score amateur fights, but that wasn't even close IMO, after that initial onslaught he didn't really land many clean shots. I'd say you did the cleaner work by far, particularly that right hand in the 2nd round:bbb

Also I would agree with the other posters who said you seemed a bit rigid, but I'll stress once again I'm no expert.
