Too many haters on here, but I hope Bellew secures the win and fights for a world title next. I have my reservations that he is fighting at the right weight but he deserves full credit if he can beat Chilemba, who is a world class fighter. Good luck Bomber Bellew! :good:bbb
The guy is emotional, it was a close fight and he badly wanted to push on for a world title fight. Its understandable, don't think it warrants all the hate that he receives now.
If Bellew still thinks he can stink the place out then expect to get a dodgy home town decision, then I hope he gets beat. (Not that he would accept he was beat).
I don't think it's genuine hatred, but if fighters act and speak in a certain way then people will judge them on that. Bellew was disrespectful and arrogant after the first Chilemba fight, and that deserves criticism in my opinion.
People too quick to put a fighter down for making a few emotional post-fight comments. Its the same mentality as booing your national football team at half time. If Bellew was Irish or Scottish, it wouldnt be a problem, Scots and Irish would back him to the hilt, the guy is on the verge of a world title shot. Good luck Bellew.
After seeing him try to stick the head on Chilemba after the 1st round the last time I hope he gets KO'd. He is just a NED that boxes IMO.
I hope he wins, he might not be everyone's cup of tea by the sounds of it, but I hope he gets the win on Saturday.
I wish him luck and hope he wins but I'm not looking forward to the fight one bit, horrible clash of styles, they could fight 10 times and it would always be **** to watch.
