Rahman was so over the hill it made the Larry Holmes version of Ali look prime. And his whole career was made by one lucky punch on Lennox Lewis. Huck was a slightly blown up cruiserweight, Chambers and Chagaev weren't much better than who Wilder has fought, basically the best of a garbage era. Chris Byrd was decent but was pretty much shot when he fought Povetkin.

Don't get me wrong, I'm disappointed in Wilder right now, but don't act like Povetkin is the best thing since Mike Tyson.

Yes, I just read that Povetkin has been cleared by WADA. Povetkin and Ryabinsky has filed a lawsuit against Wilder, Dibella, etc. for damages, 34.5 million dollars, filed in US Court back in June, also for breach of contract................Wilder will do anything to keep from fighting Povetkin, looks as if Wilder will have to fight Povetkin afterall.............Povetkin was telling the truth!!!

Wilder will now fight his fourth voluntary defense against another bum, yes, Arreola is way over-the-hill and did not have time to train anyway, not to mention the fake fight will be held in Wilder's home town as usual..................Wilder should be stripped ASAP.............

I was wondering why I could not find a post about this, so I posted one myself, only to find that someone else had posted about this, checked the forum before I posted, could not find.

Let's be fair for a second here.

Povetkin did have a positive test and the WBC was well within its rights to postpone the fight in order to investigate further. Wilder also can't hang around twiddling his thumbs while this happens. That's not crooked.

BUT: now that Povetkin has been cleared, and after Wilder disposes of Arreola, he needs to face Povetkin. If he doesn't, then he must be stripped. :deal

 

It's going to be some real sh*t if Arreola fails another test for "weed" after this fight:rofl
