Witter shot? Since when? The man has always been a boring, ****ing bum that's why Hatton never fought him. Witter used his big mouth to try and get a big pay day, Hatton stuck to his guns and good thing he never fought him otherwise he wouldn't have gotten credit and Witter would have had a big pay day.

Witter is all big talk but garbage. The guy is completely horrible.

Hatton or Khan would humiliate this guy.

people are going to start matching Hatton up in their heads with the new crop of 140 stars, Meidana (sic?), Alexander, Bradley, but I don't think he wants to risk losing to one of them, however he won't be doing eight rounders either, I think Hatton goes for the biggest safest opponent he can get at 140 to fight him in Manchseter with Dave Parris or Mickey Van as ref. Thats IF he comes back. Maybe he should go for Salita if Salita is dumb enough to fight him there. If I was Ricky I would try to make that one. He should win.

i thought hatton was meant to fight katsidis. That would be a better match up in my opinion.

    "Man up" for Witter?

What a ****** you prove to be with this rubbish thread. Hatton "manned up" to fight Mayweather at 147 and Pacquiao at 140. Who the **** is Witter to "man up" for?

    Dumbass.

You know that's exactly what I was thinking after he quit. With both fighters' careers in oblivion they should just man up and fight each other. It won't happen and at the end of the day, nobody will care whether it does or doesn't. Hatton will naturally still have options but Witter walked out of the last chance he had for a world title. He has nowhere to go. Hatton would be doing him a favor if he were to give him a fight but then again, you could have said that for the past few years as Witter has little to offer in terms of entertainment value.
