I'd quite confidently place £20 on Marquez by KO at 7/4.

Hatton is mentally completely shot - sort of Holyfield shot..... physically he will be diminished as well no doubt, with a long layoff, losing 60lbs again etc.

Look at the Urango fight for evidence of him having shocking conditioning after a layoff and weight gain..... this has happened five or so times since then, plus the two KO losses.....

I think id go with hatton in this...i thought Hatton fought well aganst Urango given the fact that Urango is no slouch and has shownhimself to be a player at the 140 and even 147 devisions.....

Hatton is getting KTFO badly again, Marquez can fight. Hatton will get stretched for sure.

I like this fight, and I hope it happens.

I'll go on record early and say that I think JMM will beat Hatton. I've yet to break the fight down so I will not say how or when yet.

Overall though, I feel JMM has better boxing ability and will be able to counter Hatton effectively. Hatton is a bit too sloppy for my taste. Just my opinion.

he definitly has better boxing ability...but Marquez hasnt seemed to move up in weight all that great...so will he get overpowered by hatton, and get dragged into a ugly close fight that he wont win? that will be what hatton will try for..but you could be right...marquez, while he isnt really fast..has a great timing..and he may time hatton coming in....out box, him, and stop him late..at this point i would pick hatton..but it would not shock me to be wrong.
