    Mayweather!
I also found some good stuff when I searched for Sugar Shane Mosley.
Freddie Roach had some good stuff as well.
    All the best

Cheers lads... I'm looking for stuff I can copy. I'm an ex-pro so I've got good co-ordination. I seem to be getting better. Any tips would be appreciated. I try and accomadate all ranges. Work at different tempo's etc.... What do the coaches on here do?

    Best wishes...

    As always excellent little forum....

What you do with the pads depends on what level your fighter is at.

For a beginner, simple combinations, whilst you focus on their form and offer feedback is a good place to start. It also helps beginners get over the obstacele that is moving and punching, many beginners manage their footwork ok on the heavy bag, but one they are trying to hit a moving target, their footwork can decline rapidly, padwork can help with this aspect tremendously.

For more advanced people you are looking to help them develop their reflexes, combinations and I personally find mitt routines very good for developing angles.

Keep at it, the more you practice, the better you will get.
