Nice. Watch near the end of it, before he drops EM the 1st time. He's got him where he wants him, on the ropes, he knows he wants to fire a power right, but he's too close. So he takes a 1/2 step backwards & put everything into a right hand that starts the begining of the end for Miranda. KP knows what he's doing in there.

Funny thing is, just an hour ago I had thoughts of getting out the DVD & watching that one tonight.

A little sloppy at times, but he's getting the job done. Like Calzaghe, both of them are enigma's.

 

i dont doubt pavlik is a wrecking ball at middleweight for one second. however, his defence makes me wince at times. he's not exactly 'hit and not be hit'.

 

Yeah, too bad he's doesn't move his head a little better. But he picks off alot with his gloves, though.

 

His defense makes you wince? I think his defense is underrated, have you seen how many times he parries punches?? He is VERY good at throwing off punches with his gloves. He is also one of the best at hitting opponents FLUSH in the face, that's why he looks sloppy sometimes because he thinks he has an opening and then he doesn't so then he resets himself in the middle of a punch sometimes. Watch him closely, pavlik is better than people think

 

i rate him quite highly, as he deserves to be rated. however have you seen the amount of shots he takes flush in his face?
