yep:good In the same article it says steward wants Wlad to fight Arreola in November. Hopefully this signals that the Klitschko's are not going to fight Fury anytime soon (if ever). He's not ready for it . Vitali has maybe 2 more fights, Wlad who knows. Could be as long as 5 years. Notice that Steward says , "he'll take over in a year/year and a half" though. Does Steward know something we dont? Is Wlad going to retire in a year or so? hmmm.
Fury fobbed off Steward saying he teaches fundamentals and his uncle can do that. Steward specialises in drilling the fundamentals - balance, footwork, jab, right hand, left hook, uppercut, distance, timing etc These things can really work for Fury. Fury looked like an improved fighter. Even his stamina looked better than in the past.
Good news for Fury and he should really commit and dedicate himself to someone like Manny, because he's gonna need all the help he can get. Fury's mentality doesn't match his attributes. He's someone people are gonna be asking why he's voluntarily giving up his advantages for years.
It astonishes me that a man like Manny Steward works with Fury, sees the potential, and yet the haters keep talking about how worthless Fury is. Fury is a major talent- maybe he will realize that talent, maybe he won't. But the raw ability is there.
