No need to let that go. He had nothing left on his punch and was just going to take multiple flush head shots over the next two rounds. Too bad Kirlkand's defense is worst than Bazooka Limon's was. And his feet are a bit slow as well.

Kirkland hurt him to the body but he was never ever hurt to the head. Vera is going to pissing blood though.
..because getting your face and body used as a heavy bag isn't going to get you a lucky punch, especially when you're not a big puncher. Vera was saved some serious brain damage.
