    FFS, if thats true and the weigh in was NOT under the eyes of a QBF rep- the weigh in should be done again..

    Things are typically starting to stink.

    Yeah hard to say, that article could have been spun also, but it also wouldnt suprise me if they rigged it, but mundine looked super lean,and he could have lost more in the sauna in 3 hours.:D

    Official weigh-in was initially scheduled for 7pm. On Monday fight supervisor John Hogg was told it was changed to 6, which is consistent with ANBF Qld rules.
    However, when he rolled-up was told Mundine & Jerez had already weighed-in at 4pm - supervised by WBA fight supervisor & referee Derek Milham......using Mundine's scales.
    It's not a WBA title fight, albeit publicized as such, therefore shouldn't have been accepted, but I guess there was very little Hogg could do.
    Mundine had in the past requested his scales be used, but request was denied.





    \Leon he was never going to make weight look at choc he looks 160 easy no weigh he makes 154

    How much of the last 6 pounds was sucked out of his nutsack by Aussie ESB's usual suspects?

    I didn't actually think he'd make the weight to be fair, so good on him for that at least (assuming no shenangs), but based on how bad his punch power and resistance has looked as he's cut weight over the past few outings, I don't think he's going to get it in against anyone legit ever again.

    just spoke with choc he is feeling real good and will have a heap of weight on prior to w the fight he came in at 154 and will Fight for a wold title soon, wait ( funny) is not the problem choc is going well and will win well

    The bout is lisenced and scheduled for Qld.

    I wonder if this has anything to do with Vocale quitting his QBF position??

    Rules are to have Hogg there... What has Derek (I'll do it for Knoder) Milham got as juristiction over the weigh in proceedings?

    Vitale is still world heavyweight champ... :lol:

    Vocale quit over a personal matter with nothing pertaining to the weigh-in. No-one would have heard at the meeting by the time this happened.
