    Day 1-
    3 sets x 5 reps
    Squat
    bench press
    chin ups

    Day 2:
    3 sets x 10 reps
    RDL
    push up variation
    1 arm DB rows

    being able to take a punch is an advantage. he just phrased it wrong.

    younghypnotiq, you're mma? lol, how do you do it all? and when did you start mma? from your posts, you seem more like a weightlifter than anything else.

    well basicaly thsi is my schedule for the week during wrestling season
    i do wrestling mon-sat from 3:30=6 and
    and then 3 days week i do boxing from 8-10
    and the other 3 days(not sunday) is BJJ from 8-10
    i lift usually 2x a week(during wreslting season) during lunch
    i also run 2-3x a week when i have time i do 200 yard jog followed by a 200 yard run(not sprint) do i do this for 3 miles

    BTW NWIL i have been boxing for a little over a year
    been wreslting for IDK bout 6-7 yrs
    and BJJ for over a year and have a blue belt

    what about the 40,000 dollars u have saved up? maybe im the only one that remembers this but a while ago u were talkign about what kinda car u were gonna get and said u had 40,000 dollars saved for college but are getting a scholorship anyway.

    You do realise you have to be extremely good to make any money at all in MMA? Fighters just starting only get around $1000, names like Crocop, Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz etc only get around $250,000 (if that much) for a fight, and they are right at the top.
