Amazing! The Allen knockout was beautiful. A true textbook boxer-puncher. A legend. A once in a lifetime phenomenon. :good

Brilliant video. Anyone else think the Pavlik fight could be his greatest win?

Is that the Scarface tune ?

Yeah you got to give it to Hopkins, a phenomonom indeed. Can't understand the Taylor losses though, i know both decisions were contentious but i would have thought Hopkins would have been able to handle Jermaine. I havent seen either fight to be honest.

pavlik could be his best win ever but it depends what pavlik does if pavlik goes on to become an ATG it would be amazing but if kelly loses his next fight and retires ot would be a average win

I always remember him coming up when i was a kid, i clearly remember him and Joe Lipsey, and in 93 the Jones fight at the RFK on Bowe v Ferguson Heavyweight debate card in Washington DC.. Hopkins is and was a hard core boxing legend..

I disagree. Going into the fight, Pavlik was the #1 or #2.. personally i think Abraham was better, but clearly one of the two best middleweights in the world. And it's not like he was a paper champ; seeing how decisively he beat Taylor and Miranda, he deserved all his status. Yet Hopkins won every single round seemingly effortless and was 44 years old! This will never be an average win.

I'm not a big fan of Hopkins though, but i did very much like how he went after Trinidad in the 12th and stopped him, while he could've settled for an easy decision win without any risk.

i think Tito was a better win but Pavlik was phemnomanal as well and could easy surpass it

The thing that stuck out in the video was how Hopkins sharpness and athleticism was completely faded by the time he was facing Taylor, thats not the same physical specimen from the 90s - early 00s. Its testiment to him hes managed to compete while losing this and his stamina

I still think he won both Taylor fights.

    What an awesome fighter.

You could make a good case for him being undefeated since RJJ in 1993, which is phenomenal, I had him beating Calzaghe but going 1-1 with Taylor
