The only way Floyd would fight Manny is if he lost tonight.Algieri has never fought any opponents of the caliber Manny has.

Do you measure "size" in boxing by height and/or reach exclusively?

If that's the case, then Celestino Caballero is bigger than Sergio Martinez. But that clearly is the opposite of reality.

They are "weight classes," they are not called "height classes."

Well, then please see my first post in this thread and really challenge yourself to think about what you are claiming.

So you think Algieri doesn't have a size advantage against Pacquiao?

    He has a height advantage.

Does Algieri have a proven, functional operating weight advantage? No. He does not.

Why is it a bad feeling? You got a problem with Pac losing?

So you saying Manny has problems with boxers? If thats the case then why do you want to see him against the best boxer in the sport? You like seeing Manny get embarassed?

    I agree with this.

However, I do think he could offer some stiffer resistance than many are giving him credit for.

Is it out of the question that he wins? No.

    Is it likely? No.

Chris doesn't run, he boxes but he has never faced an opponent with skills and ring IQ of Pac. Plus a south paw to boot. I think that Pac will out maneuver and make him pay all night long.

Manny has 2 T/KO's in his last 10. He stopped both Cotto and Hatton.
