He was landing at will, there was some shots that i’m amazed he didn’t get KO’d sooner by. On a separate note, I though Davies was very humble in his victory with some nice words. He plays this panto villain but there’s a vulnerability to him, not sure if it’s anxiety or something else.
After the second or third round, they told him Davies was getting ‘weary’. They must have been on drugs.

I never saw the full fight but after seeing the highlights of the 2nd knockdown it would have been a good decision by the corner or ref if the fight was waved off. Easy saying that with hindsight mind you.

I think majority of people have seen more than 30 seconds of him to gain an opinion that hes a very confident kid with a hefty dose of social ******ness mixed in. He's not on planet earth mentally. I get embarrassed for him ! Hes not progressing much further than he is. Talks like hes the next Mayweather.
Wow how wrong was I. haha I'm absolutely gutted for David Brophy but at the same time I'm happy for Rocky, by the sounds of it he has his head screwed back on and maybe beating David the way he did last night will banish the memories of what happened to him at that arena!! I'd like to see him kick on now and and see how far he can go. As for David Brophy, I'm sure Billy will think the same and want him to get back in the gym soon and just keep looking to improve, the shot that did all the damage was a hook to the temple and those are the worst kind of ones to recover from. Anyway all the best to both guys in the future.
Rocky is known to start fast and Brophy is known to start slow. Why the hell brophy decided to go for a scrap in the 1st rd, i dont know but it cost him
