What if a fighter arrives under the weight limit?

For example, for a middleweight fight, you'd have to arrive to the weigh in between 154 and 160, no more no less.

But what if a fighter arrives at let's say 151 for a middleweight fight...

    Is the fight called of?

I'm not sure, but Im pretty sure its only if you exceed the limit is when its a problem. I'm confident in saying you could come in at whatever weight you want as long as its not over

No minimum weight, so a strawweight can compete in heavyweight division if he want.

Pacquiao was 144.6 when he fought Margarito for junior middleweight title (150 pound catchweight).

    See Roy Jones...

Won the WBA heavyweight title weighing in at 193 lbs. Ruiz weighed 226.

also applies when you are over the limit.

ask pedjr, he just pays them.

he can even ban gloves approved by the commission.

used his preferred drug test where he can juice to the max.

still got raped by a caveman with pillows on.

Jones won a HW world title weighing 193.

Pacquiao won a "LMW" title weighing 145.

No such thing as "under the limit"

Your trolling ability to wedge Mayweather into a topic that has nothing to do with him, is almost impressive.

Some commissions won't allow too large of a weight disparity at official weigh ins. So if A guy came in at 135 for a welterweight fight the fight would probably not happen. If he came in at 139 they might make him wear his clothes and reweigh to get to 141 so he is technically in the division. You are supposed to weigh in within the weight class. They rounded conn's weight up against Louis to make it seem more competitive. Up to the commission but they have a responsibility to ensure no one is killed.
