You just said it serves no advantage, so if I were to fight at my natural weight (125) and go up against so Gamboa.. who hydrates up to like 140+ or so... that's no type of advantage?

Yes, and he was the first to state it so concisely.

  3. No dont , when you stop eating carbs your body needs a new source of energy and so it turns to fat , so sure you can eat carbs but you wont loose as much weight as without.

Im trying to limit my carbs to the morning after working out via a fruit protein and oats smoothie. then eating veg and fruit throughout the day and evening. basically cutting out bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. seems to be working as weight starting to come off and feeling pretty fit.

on treadmill today did 20 sec sprint, 10 sec off and repeat for 2 min round. 30 secs rest repeat x 2.
then did 1 min at fast pace, 30 secs off and repeat x2

did 3 rounds sparring after and was fairly knackered but going in right direction. thanks lads.
