    Folks,

Both Norton and Quarry are basically nearing age 30 in 1975 since birth records suggest each guy was hatched in 1945. Norton is ripped to the max at 218 pounds, while Quarry looks good at 207 pounds and, who supposedly got up off the couch with a beer to train half-assed for a quick payday and a good ass beating at MSG.

I, for the life of me, cannot understand why New York would allow Jerry Quarry to battle Kenny Norton in March of 1975 if they knew all along that Quarry was semi-retired and not in tip-top form going into the fight. WTF? Is someone trying to get Quarry killed? And what the hell was Gilbert Clancy doing in the corner if he knew his lovable boy was not fit to fight for 10 rds? Gil Clancy should've stayed clear if he felt his boy had no real chance after three rds---which was exactly the case in 1975..

Jerry Quarry's most impressive round was round 3... J.Q. let it all hang out in that round... Still, by round 4, Quarry was all puffy around the eyes and really nicked up..... He was game, but over-matched by Kenny Norton...

Thank Christ referee Johnny LoBianco halted the beatdown in round 5.... Jerry Quarry whines like hell, but its to no avail......

    C'mon now........ Let's do it........:bbb

    Addie,

Goddammit, I've been taping and recording since 1982. I ain't a spring chicken. When I started recording in 1982 their was no such thing as a ****in' DVD... The hell am I suppose to do--toss my tapes into the river?

I own a shitload of VHS tapes. I have several VCR's on the side.. I ain't getting rid of that **** as of yet... I still use VHS tapes in 2010.... The store still sells them and my machines still work.... WTF?

I scored a DVD player in 2004.... I do buy new and used DVD's at the store, but my fights still go on VHS........ 'Tis the way it is..........

    MR.BILL:deal

    NOTE!

I'm stoked. On this here tape, I found a copy of "Robinson-Graziano" from '52.... Classic....... Robby KO 3 Graziano.......:hat

No. But I do label my tapes now.... I went through some boxes a few yrs back and started doing that..... If people ask, I know off the top if I recorded the fight or not.... However, it is a ***** at times to locate the tape / tapes........

Back in the 80s and early 90s, I used to tape all kinds of ****... Nowadays, I am much more selective.... I care less about ESPN's Friday night bum of the week card........ I only like World Class stuff from big network TV and PPV..... No "Bum" cards anymore........ I have no room for it......

You should get yourself a list down, a website, and start making a little cash off your investment, BILL.
