Has been ordered to face his mandatory. The proposed fight with Coyne can't be for the belt because he's not in the top 15 Who will fight him in.2 weeks notice who's in the wbo top 15? I blame Frank ******, his title reign has been a joke!
Couldn't they slip Coyne at #14 in the "updated rankings"? (Audley style) I guess even the WBO has more integrity as the WBA This content is protected
the IBF took an unranked light heavweight and moved him down to super middleweight and gifted him a magical rating so froch could fight him. the WBO must have some dignity. oh no...wait, because the ass clown that is fighting AA next is somehow ranked and a 42 year old cruiserweight is fighting huck next for his WBOgus title next. its all who you know. Ryan Coyne is a don king fighter which means nothing these days
WBO rankings for September 2012 CHAMPION: NATHAN CLEVERLY 1. Robin Krasniqi (International) 2. Braimah Kamoko (WBO Africa) 3. Juergen Braehmer 4. Dustin Dirks 5. Eduard Gutknecht 6. Bernard Hopkins 7. Vyacheslav Uzelkov (Inter-Continental) 8. Andrzej Fonfara 9. Cornelius White 10. Karo Murat 11. Denis Simcic 12. Jackson Junior (Latino) 13. Isaac Chilemba 14. Tony Bellew 15. Eleider Alvarez (NABO) I am suprised the Warrren Boxing Organisation (WBO) is not able to sort out Clev vs Coyne.
Cleverly Pascal early December WATCH THIS SPACE!!!! In all seriousness they will find someone in that top 15.
What is the deal with frank and the wbo? All his fighters and ex fighters seemed.to have that belt? I'm sure he got Kell brook ranked number one with them aswell
I thought the Coyne fight couldn't happen because of Don King? Interesting to see how this plays out. W-arren is saying that he'll fight on November 10.

Wasn't that Simcic caracter originally opted as Clev's opponent?! Now it's Coyne, but that seems off too... Really scraping the bottom of the barrel here :-(
While some people might criticise boxrec, it is pretty good at preventing people with terrible resumes getting highly ranked. It might get the general order of a top 11 a bit off, with a couple of surprise inclusions or omission, but I would say that for the most part it is better than any of the belts, in any of the divisions (at least the last time I checked). Denis Simic is a prime example. He as #96 for a reason, his resume is actually shockingly bad for someone apparently ranked in the top 10 by the WBO. I guarantee you that there are more than 10 other light heavyweights that would beat everyone on his resume. Robin Krasniqi is actually an even better example. His resume makes Ottke's look like Ali's. It's comically devoid of any wins that would justify a top 10 rating, nevermind a #1.
