Kelly was a good fighter with good overall skills. He wasnt much after 95 when he went through the meat grinder vs Alejandro Gonzalez, but this was him probably at his respective best. I dont remember the fight all that well though but Vargas was a decent fighter himself.
Yeah. Vargas was fresh off an upset victory over Paul Hodkinson who was a decent little scrapper himself.
