After the rumours were circulating around the internet, Earl has now confirmed he has retired. http://news.boxrec.com/news/2010/exclusive-graham-earl-announces-retirement :happy
I am so chuffed to hear this announcement...:yep Earl was a beltin little fighter and I enjoyed watching him fight...:yep Good luck with whatever you do after boxing...:good
Great respect to Graham. Very good boxer who competed at his best at a very good level and gave us boxing fans some fantastic fights and many good memories. Really glad to see him retire and best wishes to whatever he does in the future.
:happy Good news. The last thing he needed was another loss like any of the last 3 he suffered :-( Best of luck to him with what he wants to do in future.
i hope hes done ok from boxing and wont try to come back again, he could end up being a just a name to get on your record, good decision, good career
Good stuff. Might aswell say welcome back for when he announces his comeback while im here, so welcome back in advance Graham.
Its amazing to think that Earl will get more well wishers than when Hatton retires and with all due respect to Earl did not achieve a 3rd of what Hatton did. Us boxing fans are a strange bunch
glad to hear he is not coming back. He was an example of a decent fighter who is shot, and an accident waiting to happen. No disrespect meant with that comment. Good whilst he was around, and he can look back on the fight with katsidis with pride, considering katsidis' standing at world level now. all the best graham
