The winning look pretty cool, although i have never used grants or winning gloves. So my suggestion is pretty much pointless.
You don't want to use one pair of gloves for all 3, Get triumph heatseekers for sparring and padwork use heatseekers, for bag use ringside imf tech gloves.
Anything I've ever had of Title's (Fighting) turned out to be crap and never held up for long. As for grant they're very solid. Buddy of mine has them and they're his prize possessions. When ever I spar him I also notice that his Grant gloves fit nicely to my face.
