    I missed the fight that afternoon but my buddy did say, as you said, that Gratian laid a big right on Rodrigo that really hurt him.

    Personally I always liked Tonna when I was a kid following boxing in the '70s. Tonna was very muscular and brutal looking...he had an anilmal-like aura. He definitely had big time punching power, and he could knock a guy out in quick, dramatic fashion. I always regarded Tonna as one of the five best middleweights in the world in the 1975-77 period.
