    True though.

    I'll stand by my opinion that he had his moment when he Beat Stevenson in front of the world. Got ripped and then got ripped in the rubber match. Had he won those fights officially he may have had a different pro career. Different options. I am biased though. A Jimmy Clark fan. He could fight.

    Jerome coffee, yes I remember him coming down under to challenge fenech. He had the look and charisma, but fenech put a end to that.
    And I'll add mcrory, who won gold but run into fenech for a title shot.
    Fenech had a chip on his shoulder v mcrory as he felt he got ripped off for the gold that mcrory won.

    It's all relative , depends what coming up short means.Theres usually only one guy that can be champ and boxing differs from other sports in that one or two defeats can be career altering.
