    It improves Foot speed and proprioceptive agility, what is happening when going forward, He is Biomechanicaly going Back and the reverse when going Back. Its a good Motor Skill.

    i was asking about the video when he is sat on the matt hopping forward joe. i can see some of the benefits of the other video.

    i dont really understand the hopping forward thing or what it would achieve. thanks guys.

    Norfolk, Its for Corr Strength the Hop. Now the Plyometric piece, is to fire all the neurons in the Leg at once, while the turning of the feet inward opens the TFL, and engages the Groin.

    Actually its the Floor or what ever you are stood on, as long as its not quicksand. Only thing there is, that reverses it is that Machine. You control the Floor and the your Reflex, hope this is of interest :D
