I know and I apologize for getting off the topic but I was just pointing out that the same people that are calling PBF a cherrypicker are the same ones that tell us Roy Jones was not a cherrypicker. I find that quite hilarious.

First off I will say that I highly doubt that a fight between Floyd and Manny will ever happen, the road blocks have already been laid down by Mannys corner..Boring fight..Manny has other options...Floyd is going to have to take 35%....Not likely and Arum who promoted Floyd most of his career knows that better then anyone.

If the fight did somehow happen, and Floyd won people would still *****, if Floyd fought Cotto next people would still *****, Mosley and Williams the same. Too small, too old, too beat up and never recovered from the Margo beatting, too weight drained and could make 147..Which is what the author of the article touch on all points.

Like I said calling out and issue then excusing all possible roads. The author is saying what many here are thinking and that is no matter what floyd does, he cant make me stop talking **** about him, nor will it prove anything.

I stopped reading when the author said PBF wasn't undefeated. If he says that then he can't be taken serious and has a agenda. The guy is a hack and a PBF hater plain and simple.

Read the article again. You've obviously misunderstood it. It's an intelligent article based on fact.

Manny = fought 6 x against LOCK HALL OF FAMERS
Mayweather = foughy 1 HOF Oscar DLH who Manny destroyed more impressively.

Great article. The only thing I disagree with is the very last sentence. Floyd would school Margo 120-108 imo.

    DLH
    Castillo x2
    Corrales
    Hernandez
    Hatton

You're going to tell me these aren't HOF fighters?, might as well add Marquez there too.

You guys have really gone on the bends trying to twist what this guy just wrote.

Can you just quote what he said and Ill translate clearer what he meant.

    Ill break it down simply,

Pac vs. Hatton much > Floyd vs Hatton
Pac vs. Oscar much > Floyd vs. Hoya

And to add to that Pac is smaller than Floyd, look at the pictures.
and dont even look into what PBF will do against JMM. If he loses, he has 0 legacy period!

The author is just saying that if Pac fought JMM, the top guy in his division
the least Floyd could do is fight a Cotto (not even the top guy) or Mosley (p4p not in the level of JMM currently) in HIS division.

If Pac fights Cotto b4 Floyd, it would be unforgivable.

No it wouldn't be. Could it be that his people think he has a better chance of beating Cotto than he does beating PBF. Read between the lines man!:deal PBF-Pac is the biggest fight of this era.

You know youre right. PBF has no choice but to really fight Pac, its damn if he does, damn if he doesnt. Meanwhile Arum has other plans.

The money will be a problem, how much do you think the proper split should be? I think PAc has definitly the upperhand.

    PBF cherrypicked Gatti at 140.
    He cherrypicked Baldomir.
    He cherrypicked Shamba Mitchell.

He cherrypicked Hatton (to a certain extent). I say to a certain extent because although Hatton was a threat, PBF who was easily able to go down to 140 made Hatton go up to 147. Keeping in mind that Hatton, experts & his fans were all saying at the time that Hatton's performance at 147 wasn't too great. Knowing this and knowing PBF at the time was still a 140lb fighter, he opted for the unfair advantage.

He's cherrypicking JMM. - Good fight and I will give PBF credit for this win but IMO its obvious why he picked a LW who struggled with both Casa & Juan Diaz to fight at 144. He says JMM called him out, well so did all the other WW's.

He didnt cherrypick ODLH, ODLH-PBF was considered a 50-50 fight by most and its reflected in the scorecard. PBF also had to move to 154 for that fight, he took it because nobody turns down a fight with Oscar, it made money and it made sense.

He didn't cherrypick Judah. Judah was considered dangerous, hadn't lost to baldomir yet and many people thought he was the guy with the speed & power to trouble PBF. I picked PBF easily thinking he would land that right on Judah's glass chin all night long. People forget this fight was signed BEFORE Judah lost to Baldomir, so Judah was the undisputed WW champ.

By the same token I think Pac cherrypicked David Diaz...thats it though. He needed to fight Morales 3rd time and he needed to rematch MAB. You can add Larios & 3k battery in there but they very clearly stated them to be "tune ups".
